The women’s title was won by Helen Rountree from Hamilton, from fellow New Zealand team member Sally Gibbs of Katikati and Nicole Mitchell from Wellington. Mitchell repeated her third place from last year. The race was won by Wellington based Marjolein Cook who represents the Netherlands and is not eligible for the New Zealand title.
